Last week I decided that I needed to get back into exercise and develop more of a healthier lifestyle. However I was disappointed as I only managed to get myself to the gym once and that was just for a 30 minute casual workout. Healthy meal plans also went out the window. I realized as a working mum it is not always easy to balance family life and personal well-being. Although my week did not go quite to plan, I am still determined more than ever and ready to re-set.
